METHODOLOGY

We select a development methodology that is appropriate for the size of the job.

For enterprise-level jobs, we assign a project manager or PM. The PM is responsible for developing the project budget and pricing estimate; sizing the job for human resources; developing the project plan and schedule, and managing the day-to-day development through each phase of the development life-cycle. The typical enterprise project team will include developers, assistants, graphics designers, testers/QA, and the project manager. Each team member focuses on different phases of the development life-cycle.
